THIS THING CALLED LOVE
It hurts to love someone and not be loved in return, but what is more painful is to love someone and never find the courage to let that person know how you feel.
Maybe we have to meet a few wrong people before meeting the right one so that when we finally meet the right person, we will know how to be grateful for that gift.
Love is when you take away the feeling, the passion, and the romance in a relationship and find out you still care for that person.
A sad thing in life is when you meet someone who means a lot to you, only to find out in the end that it was never meant to be and you just have to let go.
When the door of happiness closes, another opens but often times we look so long at the closed door that we don't see the one which has been opened for us.
The best kind of friend is the kind you can sit on a porch and swing with, never say a word, and then walk away feeling like it was the best conversation you've ever had.
It's true that we don't know what we've got until we lose it, but it's also true that we don't know what we've been missing until it arrives.
Giving someone all your love is never an assurance that they'll love you back. Don't expect love in return, just wait for it to grow in their heart, but if it doesn't, be sure it grew in yours.
There are things you'd love to hear that you would never hear from the person whom you would like to hear from, but don't be so deaf as not to hear it from the one who says it from his heart.
Never say good-bye if you still want to try, never give up if you still feel you can go on, never say you don't love a person anymore if you can't let go.
Love comes to those who still hope although they've been disappointed, to those who still believe although they've been betrayed, need to love those who still love although they've been hurt before.
It takes only a minute to get a crush on someone, an hour to like someone and a day to love someone, but it takes a lifetime to forget someone.
Don't go for looks, they can deceive. Don't go for wealth, in the end it fades away. Go for someone who makes you smile because it takes only a smile to make a dark day seem bright.

WHAT A FRIEND IS
Someone turned to me and asked
"How many friends have you?"
Why 10 or 20 friends I believe
And began to named a few .
A true friend is an ally
Who can't be moved or bought
A voice to keep your name alive
When others have forgot
A blessed one you are
To have so many friends
But think of what you're saying...
A friend is just not someone
To whom you say "Hello"
A friend is a tender shoulder
On which to softly cry
A well to pour your troubles down
And raise your spirits high
A friend is a hand to pull you up
From darkness and despair...
When all your other "so called" friends
Have helped to put you there
But most of all a friend has a true heart
For from the hearts of friends
There comes the greatest love of all!!!
So think about all this
For every word is true
And once again answer please...

FRIENDS WITH NO FACES
We sit and we type,and we stare at our screens
We all have to wonder,what this possibly means.
With our mouse we roam,through the rooms in a maze
Looking for something or someone,as we stare with in a daze
We chat with each other,we type all our woes
Small groups we do form,and gang up on our foes.
We wait for somebody, to type out our name.
We want recognition, but it is always the same.
We give kisses and hugs, and sometimes flirt.
In PM's we chat deeply, and reveal why we hurt.
We do form friendships how, we don't know
some of these friendships, will flourish and grow
.Why is it on screen we can be so bold,
telling our secrets, that have never been told.
Why is it we share the thought in our mind
With those we can't see, as though we were blind.
The answer is simple, it is as clear as a bell.

I search and search hoping to find
That special one who’s Oh, So Right
Hoping he’ll show up on my screen tonight
I started a filing system now ~
I guess your wondering just how
Well, there’s the 'too young' file,
What do they want?
They use fancy names and real cute font
Another file is named 'no ed' these are the ones
With no brain in their head
Then there’s the file of 'dirty talkers'
This ones full and they’re probably stalkers
I have a file called ~ 'what was I thinking'
When I emailed these I must have been drinking
We move right along to ~ 'alright then'
These guys sound like really great men
Just one little thing they forgot to mention
Is the wife at home who gives no attention
So many files ~ So little time
I’ll run out of space before I find ~
My lover boy, my perfect match
The one for me ~ 'My Cyber Catch'
THERE HAS BEEN MANY CASES WHERE MAN MEETS WOMAN ON THE NET ,IN A CHAT ROOM AND GOT MARRIED, THERE HAVE ALSO BEEN MANY CASES WHERE WOMAN HAS BEEN CHEATED AND LIED TO.. THE PERSON IS NOT WHAT SHE OR HE THOUGHT IT WOULD BE, THIS GOES FOR BOTH WOMEN AND MEN.
I DO ASK YOUNG GIRLS TO TAKE CARE MEET YOUR ON LINE FRIEND AND THEN MAKE COMMITMENTS, , I HAVE HAD A FRIND WHO THOUGHT SHE WAS IN LOVE SOLD HER HOUSE AND CAR AND WHEN SHE WENT TO MEET HER LOVER SHE FOUND HE WAS A MARRIED MAN, I WOULD NEVER TAKE THE CHANCE OF GETTING FOOLED.
